Living Rooms
In a small flat the living room is also the dining room, the office and the spare room. Everything here is chosen to do more than one of those without looking like it.
Nesting tables are the obvious answer and the reason we sell so many: three tables in the footprint of one, pulled apart when people come round and pushed back together on Monday. Drop-leaf tables do the same job for eating. A modular storage wall does it for everything else.
Leave 900mm for the main route through the room and 600mm to walk past anything else — a room that feels cramped usually has enough furniture and not enough gap.
