Made to Measure Under Stairs Storage
The one shape no standard furniture fits. Send us the rise, the going and the two heights and we build the stepped carcass to match.
Made to measure runs to a fixed sequence. You send measurements on our form, we send a drawing, you check it and sign it, and only then does anything get cut. Half at order and half before dispatch. If we misread your measurements we remake it at our cost. If the measurements were wrong we remake it at material cost, which is about a third. The measuring guide takes ten minutes and saves that conversation, and we send it before you order rather than after.

What you get
- Every component cut to your approved drawing
- A copy of the drawing with each part labelled
- Scribe strips where the design needs them
- Felt pads, levelling feet and an anti tip strap
- Hex key, spanner and instructions written for your piece rather than a range
Assembly
Flat packed, with a hex key, a spanner and printed instructions in the box. Fittings are cam locks and threaded steel inserts rather than chipboard screws, which is what lets a piece be taken apart and reassembled without the joints going loose. We reckon on three moves and have tested to ten.
If you are renting
Freestanding, no wall fixing needed and no holes in anybody's plaster. An anti tip strap is in the box if you want it and there is nothing to make good if you never use it. Felt pads are fitted to every foot as standard, because the other way to lose a deposit is a scratch across a floor you did not lay.
